Return & Refund Policy

At FurrLuv.store, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. However, we understand that returns or exchanges may sometimes be necessary.

CANCELLATION

You may cancel your order before it’s shipped or produced (typically within 1–3 business days of payment processing). If canceled, you’ll receive a full refund. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your product. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

If we’ve sent the wrong item, or if it arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We’ll provide a refund or exchange within 15 days.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Contact our Customer Service team via the contact link on FurrLuv.store to confirm your order details and receive a return address. Once you receive a return label, ship the product back within 14 days. After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a full refund if it meets our criteria.

Notes:

  • Shipping costs for returns due to quality issues are covered by us.
  • Returns due to insufficient product descriptions will not incur additional fees for the customer.
  • If the return is not due to quality issues, you are responsible for shipping costs.

RESTOCKING FEES

  • Returns between 14–30 days after receiving the return label, or items with missing accessories/cosmetic damage, incur a 15% restocking fee (based on the original price).
  • Returns after 30 days incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Intentionally damaged items may incur up to a 50% return fee.

FREE ITEMS OR GIFTS

If your order included a free item or gift, you may return it with your package or keep it. If you keep it, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you a confirmation and notify you of refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary.
